About Wanda Griffin-Pflugfelder, RN, MSN, CLNC

Wanda Griffin-Pflugfelder is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, CLNC®, with more than 40 years of nursing experience across the healthcare field. Wanda obtained her Bachelor of Science (BSN) degree in Nursing in 1979 from the University of Alabama. She later received her Master of Science (MSN) degree in Nursing in 1994 from UAB, the University of Alabama, in Birmingham. With her extensive hands-on direct health care experience and background, Wanda Griffin-Pflugfeld founded Certified Nursing Consultants.

Ms. Pflugfelder has a critical nursing background in the Emergency Medicine, Neurology Unit care – including Neuro ICU patients, Cardiac Catheterization Lab Department, as a Wound Care Nurse for all hospital units, and a Behavioral Health Nurse for patients with mental diagnosis and addiction. Wanda also spent ten of her 40+ years in the United States Army Nurse Corp. as a nurse in the emergency division. She is dedicated and skilled as a critical care provider and shows strong diligence in every aspect of her nursing fieldwork.

Certified Nursing Consultants

With the overwhelming critical care areas Ms. Pflugfelder has worked in, she has developed a strong passion to share her expertise and assist attorneys in winning cases. As a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, she has specialized training as a CLNC® to consult with attorneys on medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability, and various other types of cases. As a result of her 40+ years working as a nurse, she has first-hand knowledge of the inner workings of how clinics and hospitals function and their day-to-day operation and performance. Attorneys can rely on Wanda’s detailed analysis and recommendations for cases she works on personally and count on the Certified Nursing Consultants team. Her primary goal is to ease the attorney’s workload and save the firm more time and money in the process.
